The context and limits of the writing, examples and service descriptions on this website.
1. What this portfolio demonstrates
The portfolio introduces Feruza Urinova’s copywriting and editorial content offering. It shows how a piece of writing can be structured around an audience, an intended action and a defined tone. It is a presentation of writing approaches, not independent evidence of business performance. The services and samples can help you decide what to discuss, but they do not establish the final scope or suitability of a particular assignment.
2. Independent concept work
The Still reading room copy and the Arrival app emails are original independent concept samples created for fictional briefs. The first-draft guide is also a writing sample. None is presented as paid client work, a real product launch or a customer success story. Names, product situations and sample sender lines form part of the demonstration. They do not imply an affiliation with a real business that happens to use a similar name.
3. Editorial guidance and factual claims
The guide describes practical editorial choices in general terms. It is not legal, accessibility, technical or regulatory advice for a specific organisation. Content decisions depend on a page’s purpose, audience and actual context. If a project involves specialised claims, identify suitable sources and obtain the relevant expert review. Clearer phrasing does not make an unsupported statement true, and a concise page can still omit information that its particular readers need.
4. No promised commercial outcome
A writing sample cannot predict how a future audience will respond. This website does not promise conversion rates, search rankings, sales figures, campaign approval or other measurable outcomes. Any discussion of tone, clarity or structure describes an editorial intention rather than a verified result. Project deliverables, review arrangements and any express commitments belong in a separate agreement. Do not treat a fictional sample’s confident voice as a performance guarantee by the portfolio operator.
5. Presentation and third-party services
The site uses typographic compositions rather than a photographic claim about a workplace or a client campaign. The pages use device fonts. Email drafts depend on your browser and mail application; the website cannot establish that a message reached its recipient merely because a draft opened. Hosting or delivery services may affect availability or introduce network features. A link or provider reference does not create a warranty for that separate service.
6. Read together and report an issue
Use this disclaimer together with the privacy policy, terms of use and cancellation information. A separately agreed writing project may contain more specific conditions, subject to applicable mandatory law. If a sample seems unclear or a factual statement appears incorrect, identify the page and the issue through [email protected]. This disclaimer does not remove legally protected rights or excuse a misleading statement. Its purpose is to explain the examples and the limits of what this public portfolio represents.
